Tomasz Gawełek

Tomasz has been involved in finance since the start of his professional career. He graduated from the University of Economics with a degree in Financial Engineering. He specialises in financial controlling, accounting, taxation and in building financial models and corporate development strategies.

He has extensive experience in industries such as mining, metallurgy and the automotive sector, where he combined analytical expertise with managerial practice.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Luma Automation Group, he is responsible for the comprehensive financial management of the Group, coordinating the financial activities of its subsidiaries, and supporting the strategic development and value growth of the entire organisation.
