1. Data Protection Notices

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, we hereby inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is Luma Automation S.A., ul. Cieszyńska 23G, 43-170 Łaziska Górne, Poland.
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing civil law contracts, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), and for marketing purposes on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, as well as other applicable regulations.
  3. The recipients of your personal data include: Luma Automation S.A., ul. Cieszyńska 23G, 43-170 Łaziska Górne, entities authorised under legal regulations, entities with which data processing agreements have been concluded and where such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, until the expiry of any mutual claims, in accordance with the specific provisions of the contract.

  5. You have the right to:

    • request access to your personal data from the controller,
    • rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data,
    • object to the processing,
    • data portability,
    • withdraw your consent at any time.
  6. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  7. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide the data required by the controller will prevent the conclusion and performance of the contract, as well as contact for marketing or contractual purposes.
