Tomasz Gawełek

Tomasz has been involved in finance since the start of his professional career. He graduated from the University of Economics with a degree in Financial Engineering. He specialises in financial controlling, accounting, taxation and in building financial models and corporate development strategies.

He has extensive experience in industries such as mining, metallurgy and the automotive sector, where he combined analytical expertise with managerial practice. As Director of Strategy and Development at Luma Automation he focuses on creating a coherent development strategy for the Group, building value for investors and supporting the transformation and expansion of subsidiary companies.
