President of the Management Board
He began his professional career as a mechanical designer at the Italian company Nuova Sme. He then gained experience at international firms such as Cebi Poland, Automotive Lighting, Axeon and Die Tech. He spent a total of 13 years at Die Tech, nine of them as Managing Director, responsible for the overall leadership of the company and its development. Since May 2025 he has served as President of the Management Board of ZM Postęp in Gliwice. A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology and the University of Economics in Katowice, he combines technical knowledge with managerial skills. He is a leader focused on growth, operational efficiency and building engaged, high-performing teams.
