At ZM Postęp, we have completed a key phase in the modernisation of our logistics infrastructure. The investment involved the expansion of our high-bay warehouse and the deployment of a modern forklift fleet. This is a significant step forward, enabling us to meet customer needs even more effectively and support further operational development.

The new high-bay warehouse enables optimal use of space – with 5,000 pallet spaces, our storage capacity has increased by 25%, and the reorganisation of the layout has allowed us to reclaim 40% of usable floor area.

The new forklift fleet – for the first time adapted to handle racking up to 8.5 metres high – has significantly improved order picking, increasing both accuracy and work speed.

Additional outcomes of the modernisation include:

  • better organisation of manual work zones,
  • full control over logistics thanks to the elimination of external warehouse rental,
  • cost reduction and improved operational efficiency in line with Lean Management principles.

A big thank-you to the entire ZM Postęp team for their commitment to this project – this is an important step for us towards modern and sustainable logistics.
