The new high-bay warehouse significantly increases storage capacity, now offering 5,000 pallet spaces – a 25% boost – while reorganizing the layout freed up 40% of the floor space for more efficient use.
The upgraded forklift fleet, featuring equipment capable of handling racks up to 8.5 meters high for the first time on-site, has greatly improved order picking processes, precision, and overall workflow quality.
Additional benefits of the modernization include:
better organization of manual work zones,
full control over logistics operations after eliminating the need for external warehouse rental,
reduced operating costs and improved efficiency, in line with Lean Management principles.
We thank the entire ZM Postęp team for their commitment to this important project – a major step forward in building a smarter, more sustainable logistics operation.
